Please read these terms carefully before using the bjc05 platform. By registering or using an account on this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

General Terms

bjc05 is an online casino and sports betting platform. By using this website and its related services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply as a legal agreement between bjc05 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Important: The Bengali language interpretation of these terms is considered final. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document is authoritative.

bjc05 reserves the right to amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform will be taken as automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on bjc05, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must reside in a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
  • Your account must be opened for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
21+ only: Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bjc05 follows an age verification process and reserves the right to immediately close accounts belonging to underage users.

bjc05 may request government-issued identification (national ID card, passport, etc.) for age verification at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Registration & Use

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on bjc05, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Only one account per person is permitted — opening multiple accounts is prohibited.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment and prevent financial fraud, bjc05 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before a withdrawal request or at any time, bjc05 may request the following documents:

  • Government-issued photo identification (national ID card or passport)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of mobile banking account ownership (where applicable)

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted methods for depositing funds on bjc05 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposit conditions: Funds deposited into the account must come from the user's own legally obtained sources. Deposits made through third parties or from unclear sources are not acceptable.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawal funds will be sent via the same method used for the deposit — unless that method is unavailable due to technical reasons. bjc05 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request, and additional verification may be carried out for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Tax

All transactions on bjc05 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any tax or duty obligations are entirely the responsibility of the user.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bjc05 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, a specified amount must be wagered before those funds can be withdrawn. This requirement is calculated at 25 times (25x) the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in total before any bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A promotion cannot be used more than once.
  • The validity period for each bonus will be specified in the individual offer; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
  • bjc05 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operations

All games and sports betting markets on bjc05 are operated impartially. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Betting Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, bjc05 reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets in sports betting markets, pay close attention to the available odds and market terms. For live betting, bet acceptance depends on real-time conditions.

6.4 VIP Program

bjc05's VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and transactions:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP membership benefits are subject to change. bjc05 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjc05 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
  • Abusing the bonus system, bonus hunting, or arbitrage betting.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform or attempting to hack it.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an advantage.
  • Impersonating bjc05 staff.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes — for example, placing bets on behalf of third parties.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bjc05

bjc05 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Any breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure to submit required KYC documents.
  • Suspicious financial transactions.
  • Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team in writing. If outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of account closure, the bonus funds are non-refundable.

bjc05 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms in part or in full at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users by email. However, it is entirely the user's responsibility to stay updated on any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
